Greenbaum covered things pretty good.

The I-134 won't be an issue as the embassy requests that and a copy of your most recent tax return... so all is good until next spring ;)   And like noted, since 2014 many times it is not asked for by the CO.

NBI and CENOMAR are the documents that the embassy is picky about for being "too old", they don't like either document to be older than 6 months at the time of interview.  You should not have issue with those if you interview within that time frame.

Your case file arriving from USICS to NVC isn't going near fast as noted though.  Many times that has been taking most of 30 days.  About two weeks after you get your NOA2 you can start contacting NVC, but don't be surprised if it takes a few weeks before receiving the MNL#.

Sound like you are well prepared.

Here is a link that might be helpful

Thank you so much! I did stumble upon that website a couple days ago while researching on this matter.

Prices changed St. Lukes from that website. Before I left a couple weeks ago, I left my fiance around 30k PHP for both St. Lukes and USEM interview. If I remember correctly, St Lukes, went up to a little over 16k and the USEM is about 13k.

As far as for getting the MNL# and taking up to 30 days. Once the MNL# is obtained, can the USEM interview be scheduled within 2-3 weeks? (St Lukes check up is included within that time frame) then after that, another week to account for visa pick up and CFO? then after that, the fiance can now buy a ticket?

If I do the math/calculations correctly, that'll be approx. 2 months after NOA2

You are close on your time frame.  Do allow a couple weeks for the case file to arrive from NVC for scheduling your interview... after that you are golden.

The medical can be completed within days before the interview without issue as the medical is hand carried to the embassy.

CFO can be completed any time, you must have an appointment (scheduled online).  If done before receiving the visa you have to make a 2nd trip to get the sticker affixed in the passport.

According to the information I posted in answer to asaeljuthro, you will need the I-134 or face a delay in your visa processing until you submit to the CO. Your fiance can email you everything so you will have it with you in the event that it is asked for. P3 is the Embassy Letter and a link to it was provided to you in my earlier post.

Don't wait around for P3 as it never comes. If you have your MNL# you can keep moving the process forward. See Hanks guide at http://visaconnection-philippines.com/ and it will help you with everything you will need.

Hi! Thank you so much! I will ask him all the evidence of support. so, you mean i don't need the P3 if i already have the MNL#?

Yes, every citizen of the Philippines must complete this. They won't be allowed through immigrations at the airport otherwise.

Hi! Thank you for mentioning about the CFO process I didn't even know there is need for that. I know my colleagues who works abroad attend a PDOS but I thought it's just for work abroad. If it's not too much to ask can you give me a detailed or step by step instruction on how to go about the process of this CFO?. Sorry so clueless, this is the first time I've heard of it; seems were are not 100% knowledgeable about the whole process as we want to be after all. Thanks in advance
