What you are planing is fraud.

If you are married to a USC and want to live here then you have to apply for a spouse visa CR-1/IR-1.

I got married last year,, and filed this year though my intention was not to stay thanks

You have to get the visa first. And it is fraud to use the visitor visa with the intent to marry.

There is no point of giving advice when I doubt you will get the visitor visa. You seem to have a FB2 visa application which is for permanent residents. Spouses of permanent residents cannot AOS in the US. And if he became a citizen and you are already married, you cannot AOS either; you will have to update your visa to an IR-1.

The highlighted is fraud.

You can not come on a B2 visa and adjust your status. Not even if you are married to a USC.

No you are getting ready for your B2 interview which means you are in your home country.

B2 is for visiting not adjusting and staying.

Are you in the US?

A B2 is a visitor visa and when you said you had an interview, we assumed it was at the consulate to get the actual visitor visa.

Am in the US ..
