i have some rare skills and mental abality

how can i get green card?

is there any org for any suport the elite peoples for geting visa?

can i get visa for work ? how?

first i should get work?

Should I get invitation behalf of the employer?

There are visas for people with special skills, but you haven't said what those are so we can't really help you.

What skills do you have that no Americans have?

Op, without knowing more about your supposed elite abilities, where you are from, or how much money you have to invest, we cannot help you. First thing I would suggest if you want to immigrate to the USA is brush up on your English skills, it will help with employment.  You can also read this recent thread which discusses many options:

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
