I mean the calls and videos logo... He does make a screenshots of it once a month and save then on the computer in case we need them... en probably we will..

I take a screen shot a week or at least two a month that I will print out for us. We rarely text though because we have Skype running 24/7. However, I have a lot of text prior to the last year that I will print out and take. Personally for me I'm not worried about it because I will be at the interview, I figure if a person flies half-way around the world for a 15 minute interview then it should show it's a legitimate on-going relationship.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

I do have all conversation but i am talking about calls and video calls log

Hi!

I use whatsapp calls/videos. All call logs are saved and for you to see the previous months, you have to delete some current logs to create space for the previous. I did that and got all our logs. I had to even delete the logs I had with people to create space to get my Fiancé's.

Try it.

I will be going alone to the interview, but I like to believe we are okey about showing our on-going relationship..

I went to Visit him few times after applying for The K1 visa...

So we are good as well..

as you said, few screenshots a week or 2 in the month is more then enough... We have a lot of pictures with family and friends...airplane tickets etc..

and  we know everything about each other...

I might say that we are just waiting to get married to make officially,

because we live already as married couple...

just me going back for few months to work in Europe, like every other couples who the partner travel alot for work...

I like to think that way... it hurts less every time I leave...

I don't think that we included any chat logs. We met on OkCupid but dated for a year and went on multiple vacations back and forth (like 5 times him coming here, me going there twice) before submitting our forms.

Hopefully that doesn't come to bite us in the butt, but that would be an easy RFE to handle if that's what they want.

Not to worry all that stuff is at the interview stage. USCIS stage is the petitioner basically proving he/she met the beneficiary in person within the last 2 years. Some people like to include that (chat logs, etc.) to front load the petition, but it's not necessary.

Well said. A lot of people get worked up about nothing. If you have a bona fide relationship, you have nothing to worry about.

Dropped Tiger off at the airport this evening after a really wonderful month together.  I was a sobbing wreck.  It's so hard when you don't know when the next time you'll be able to see each other is.

Back to normal life for me now.  Happy new year to all...hoping we get some movement soon.

I'm glad you said this, I was getting worried with all the mention of chat records. My Fiancé and I have been together for 4.5 years and I haven't saved records of our chats. I submitted A LOT photos of us together and flight information as proof of our relationship.. I really hope that's enough!

This is probably a stupid question, but does attending the interview make a difference to immigration? My fiance is from Mauritius, I'm from Minnesota. His medical/interview will be in south africa, so I'll be flying to SA to meet him for both. We'll be in south africa for the duration of the medical, interview and then waiting for his passport with his visa in it.

My personal take is that it is good for you to be there.

I think you should not attend the interview with him because they can take advantage and ask you question seperately  like k3 visa stuff
