Well, my service center is California and there are 130 June 6 virgins and a few May filers who are untouched. Yes, a June 22 petition has been approved. So has a June 30. 

 

By by the way, ALL K-1s are handled by California.

Yes its late because of xmas and new year holidays...   but i am not sure why your case took too long .. wish you good luck.

Every k1 visa with The tiny exception of Vermont cases which requires criminal background checks go through California service center.

 

and it is also good to know to save some frustration in the future that cases does not exactly go in the date order. It goes all around it but they do not finish one date to go to the next. Otherwise we'd be still waiting in march or April for some cases to get their notice (or even February)

 

@John & Rose I can't wait for your approval... some june 6ers seems like getting only in the mail.. hope it will come soon!

The received date should be the perfect date, because it was the date that your case was inserted into their System.

Thanks @Naes  I have informed delivery set up and waiting. I don’t care how I get notified as long as it get approved!  Day 211. No June 6 touched yesterday with justb1 request for evidence received. I don’t know why June 6 and 12 seemed to be ignored.

We just realized that only 53% of June filers have been touched.  There are still 2133 virgin June petitions.  Now we are seeing 12+ weeks to complete a single month of petitions.

Originally around 4200 in June and 3700 in July. Keep in mind that those numbers for July are lower now due to withdrawals and early denials. I'm sure June was the same.

Right now I scan around 3400 still active petitions for July.
