Hi everyone. I've been searching for an answer to a question but can't seem to get a straight answer from the internet. After my  fiancé comes to the US, with her K1 visa, is she required to apply for a green card?

No she can go back to her own country without applying to green card and before those 90 days limit expires... 

 

the questions is if she she is not going to apply for green card why is she applying to a visa with immigration intent...

Happy New Year everyone, I'm now on day 169, been In America for 7 weeks, time to go home in a week and I'm dreading it. Hopefully hear for the NOA2 in 23 days (fingers crossed)
