Also, this process has stressed my cat out and she's sick.  Vet confirmed it's stress related (didn't even know this was a thing?).  Please assist for my cat's sake.  Bless.

According to your timeline you only applied a few months ago?

Not sure you can get an expedite due to the cat being stressed out.

USCIS is severely understaffed.

Guys. I have an idea! How bout we strike a deal with USCIS: they give us our NOA2s AND they hire us. I'm sure they would *not* have any problems with a bunch of pumped up employees who have pent up energy caused by paranoia secondary to their doing! :D

I am tempted to check the local office to make an appointment after Christmas. Andy is in town and could go with me. After everything that we've seen other filers in past months go through, I'd rather take the situation into my own hands.

I haven't lost faith in the process. We had to do a K-1 due to the fact that we needed to buy time between getting engaged and him moving just so that we could sell furniture, etc. I was hoping we'd hear something by my birthday (Jan 9), but maybe we'll get a nice Valentine's day present, instead.

If that's not grounds for an expedite, I don't know what is......

I have been running two scans a day and so far no movement for July. As soon as I see movement I will be posting results of scan.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

Naw, I wasn't expecting an expedite for that.  I'd get laughed off the planet mate.  I just want to blame her stress on this process lol.  It probably has nothing to do with it to be honest.  I've been a bit crazy leading up to Christmas.  Figured I'd just post random stuff on the forum to entertain myself.

At this rate, how likely is it that our fiances will have there Visa by April? I am starting to lose get really nervous and feel helpless. We all really got unlucky. Had we only applied a few months earlier :(

I'm still holding out some hope for March.  Might be a dream at this stage but I'm still gonna shoot for the stars.  Maybe something magic will happen in January.  Who can really say.

Seeing as how we're having approvals for mid to late June, has there been any activity for July today?

Getting ready to start a mid day scan in about ten minutes. If I see any movement I will be posting it.
