I would be curious also because July 2nd is a Sunday right before the 4th which is a holiday.

The first July date would be July 3. That's my date. However, it is one of those dates with many applications, and those dates are the ones that take forever to finish.

What's the date that counts? Date received or NOA 1 date? I have July 10 and 12 respectively.

Most likely yours is 10.

 

it is the received date. You can check it by using the uscis case tracker in their website. The date it shows as received is the date we are using in our data cause uscis uses that one to count too

My timeline is being pushed back everyday now. I won't hear anything on my holiday break at this stage. Is there any hope to get out of here in March? We can't afford to stay longer than that. We planned as carefully as we could. God almighty please give us July filers some luck. Even if NVC can sort themselves out that would help heaps. I don't want to be in a panic all through the holidays. I am about to get back into WoW to take my mind off this.
