That's awesome!

I don't know what's going to happen to me.

im flying with a B2 visa, never overstayed never did anything wrong. I'm not going from the passport origin but where I reside so I hope that will help.

but we will have 2 cats and my fiancé will be with me. And this is my 3rd visit this year... so I hope they will believe me :)

never had had any problems till now though, actually the time when I said the word fiancé was my easiest entry ever...

Should be okey with ur B2 visa for visiting...

as long you was more days out of the US then the days that you spend in the US in a year.

You are okey... and I'm happy for you...

Repost from June cause I thought it may interest some.

I'm really wondering if they've sent those really tiny bit july rfes just to be able to say they were working on july 1 by November 30... 🤔🤔

-------

Hi everyone,

They announced the latest reports for the last quarter of 2017.

Annnd congratulations they hit the lowest point in the past 3 years.

the amount of work behind is 7500 cases.

They concluded even less cases than any other quarter by only 8187 cases. The sad part? They also have the highest denial rate (26%) ; huh really interesting that this denial rates started on January 17... I leave that info right there...it jumped from 15% to 25%....

it is really weird cause it also looks so looks like they had 3000 less cases than 2016; they only worked 33000 cases (denials included) out of the 50000...

I've checked backwards 3 years and never seen anything like this before... I have some guesses but well I think everyone can guess those looking at these timelines, and thinking what happened during those times and new policies and freezing and all of those....

do i think they're trying to get back in time?

i don't know... because they only did around maybe 7000 cases (if we include those ghost cases without updates) so far... and unless we see july in this year, I wouldn't call it a move towards recovery..

Most likely I'll end up rooting in VJ 😁😁😁😂😂😂😂😂

Here's an update of the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 182 days, as to 12/08/17.

Since the average time has been so high from mid-May up to June and (for now) only 182 days can be considered (from 06/09 to 12/08), you can expect slightly higher times in this period.

I'll try to update in 7-10 days to see how it is evolving but, as you can already see, the tendency doesn't look very good. Sorry guys.

Nice that you want to do that...

I strong believe the time it will go down at some point... seeing that they are touching july files without an Inquiry  or expedited cases... Yersterday was a july 7 with a RFE and today I read some post of FB where they say that was an approval  for July 2... I try to ask the case number to check if it was a regular approval or an inquiry or expedited, but no response to that...

and my time line is going back on dates first was between  5 and 8 January '18 and now is 3 and 6 January '18...

@JSCGPV Can you check if it is any moviment on July today... thanks.

😉😎

Nice. 😎

I checked the data and I don't see any new changes from the scan of today. If a July 2nd did get approved it is probably a June filer because the 1st and 2nd of July is a weekend.

Most likely. A few people asked for the WAC number, but never received a response.

Still is. Also doesn't help that the majority of posts are in Tagalog.
