True Dat. Is Columbia considered a high fraud country like the Philippines? Sometimes I wonder if that is what is slowing me down, but then I do see some from the Philippines move along quick.

I don't think Colombia is a high fraud area, but I don't know for sure. She has her B2 visa, so I don't understand the issue...
