Just wanted to let Naes know that I am still in the Received stage. So happy for John and Rose; that is wonderful news. July 24th and Nada. I did send in an electronic - I am outside the normal processing time, and I did receive the "Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks." So yeah us - the wait is real...

Not these days! It's every single day. You can't even argue in a civilized way!

I am just waiting for some friends seriously! Other then those I don't care!

I'd rather stay here and watch everyone's Poe...

@TDT06

i am checking your case... hope it can resolve soon.

please don't take this wrong way I'm just trying to understand why this is happening to some people.

is there any possible reason? Like did you have criminal something or a car accident? Or I don't know visa refusal for the beneficiary?

When my fiancé comes next week I will actually get a tier 2 to just ask, why things are not in order.

On a positive note for you my inquiry still says it will be assigned to an officer to be looked at, and that's all they will tell me on the phone, too. Seems like July 24 is taking a while, must have been all the cases they had that day.

I know I'm checking your case... sorry

The way it's going I bet you get your POE before mine, or I should say hers. ha ha

No, what is funny is that I am an administrator at a High School and my Fiance is an attorney for the armed forces in her country. She has a B2 visa. So we don't have any issues or skeletons in our closets. Her oldest son has a B2 visa as well.

I understand nothing in this process...

It actually makes me not want to check VJ at all but I’m also hanging in there for the people I have grown attatched to over the last 6 months ( John and Rose, Nick and Paula, you, Nadia K, JSCGPV, Lotts) because I care about all of you even though I have never met you and you have all become a part of my journey.  I’m hoping that people  next door are just getting overly stressed and tired of the whole process  and have no where else to vent as they are hurting but it is absolutely no excuse for meanness and bad behavior. I’m sorry you bear the brunt of it when you do SO much for everyone. Xxx
