The vaccination record came from my fiance's childhood family doctor. You can get he vaccinations at the medical, but they cost extra (I think up to 450 lei?). The doctor said what he has was sufficient to get into the US, but he may need some boosters for AOS.

I was writing from my phone. Now I looked it up, it is about DS-3025 which would need at AOS and supposedly we should get a copy from our overseas medical. About the vaccinations,  450lei is like $120, probably still cheaper than doing it in the USA. Anyway I am thinking waaay ahead... Again thanks for this new information and have a successful interview!
