Not for mine, but you can include the first or 2nd page of your statement for each month. The one that shows total deposits and withdrawals for the month.

Some banks will include the total deposits for the year.  Can personally confirm that Bank of America and Capital One have this information on the letter.  CapOne allows you to generate the letter on demand from your online account, as well.

We are in the same situation. She started working last fall, so we might as well use co-sponsorship for peace of mind. My question now is: does the co-sponsor need to provide pay stubs, tax returns and evidence of assets as well?

yes definitely! All the evidence and financial proof should be included for the co-sponsor as well.

In my experience, banks call the above letter "verification of deposit."  This may be a faster way of getting what you need: ask for a verification of deposit letter, then confirm that all three components are present.

Thank you!
I'll call and ask

I heard people elsewhere saying bank statements. That might have been for those self-employed maybe.
Thanks again!

Hi all - we had our medical today. It was incredibly easy. My fiance brought his record of vaccinations. They had him pee in a cup, took some blood, and took his blood pressure. For the second part, they sent us to another building for the chest x-ray. I think overall, it took about an hour and a half including the waiting for our turn.

This was at the Regina Maria in Bucharest. Just for anyone's reference, it was 650 lei (about $170). YMMV.

The doctor mentioned that even if the labs showed some kind of STD (gonorrhea or syphilis), it would not affect his visa, it would just mean he would start a treatment. Not sure how accurate that advice is... :P

We were really nervous, but it turned out okay :) When we get the results in 7 days, we can schedule the interview.

Thanks for sharing. Very useful info. 7 days? I thought I could fly to Bucharest, do the medical and in a few days schedule the interview...(2-3days) So i need to make at least two trips or more to pic up the results and then interview... :| Did you get a copy of the vaccination record from the Doctor? (Ds-30xx? Dont remember the number)

Yes, I thought we'd be able to do the same because I read through the embassy reviews on this site and many said they did exactly that. I guess it's a new policy? Anyway, the hospital did say we can leave the results there until the day of the interview and pick them up on the way (as Regina Maria is basically right around the corner from the embassy). So maybe only two trips, one for the medical and one for the interview.

The vaccination record came from my fiance's childhood family doctor. You can get he vaccinations at the medical, but they cost extra (I think up to 450 lei?). The doctor said what he has was sufficient to get into the US, but he may need some boosters for AOS.
