at least they will explain in the mail that why our case is delay...

Yep and the mail will be a week old so you may even get the approval by then 😂😁😁 and yes that happens

Tell me more about it. My status on the app at 232 days is still case received. When they sent the NOA2 through mail, we got our copy first thAn our lawyer. So basically I should be the one being paid here not the lawyer...with the NVC case number, so far we never got any mail about it...I got my case number when I called this morning. And our lawyer’s expectation for the NVC case number was March 20....so if we just sat on our asses, nothing would have moved forward...

 

we just got a lawyer for this phase because my partner’s not into paper works...And application will have to be done from his end..

 

if I can find someone kind here to guide us through the change of status phase, I would ditch the idea of having a lawyer. And yes, barbeque Weekend and booze on us!😂😂😂😂

I doubt il still insist on his services after this...I did more homework than he did...he was like “uscis is currectly approving june 27 cases”... i was like #$&!!!!! They are approving august filers now!!! Seriously for $$$$$!!

My AOS AP and EAD files are ready 😂😂😂. Now I should start learning how the field offices work! (I have one of the busiest field offices by the way 320 days for AOS 😳)
