But I saw somebody got email! @Kor&Ani @marinapoli

We got an email, but it wasn’t even helpful, I mean 7 months after and they’re still waiting for our background check? Sounds like BS and there’s nothing we can do about it. Let’s hope yours goes on another direction!

Will they contact me because I went ahead and already did the DS160 , paid the fee and schedule the interview for the 21st of march already?

This is not actually an expedite.

lately all digital cases are called "expedite".

embassy can accept digital or paper, and for embassies that doesn't wait for the actual petition to start the process they say "expedite"

also this is not uscis it is nvc.

MY fiance just called uscis. They said security checks are still pending and that’s why it was delayed. Who knows. I think this is what they tell everybody.

Be strong.  It will happen.  I know exactly how you feel but you need to put the process away and focus on the love.  The 45 days is the standard answer.  I got that with all but one of my inquiries.  Give the Ombudsman a try first.  They seemed to at least work off a more believable script.

Try this...

https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

Relax and be strong.  Trust me, I know how terrible this is.  Don't let a bunch of Government lackeys destroy a good relationship.  Life is too short.  Take a little timeout.  Relax and picture yourself in a year.  This will pass.  Try the ombudsman link above.  Think of life without each other.  Is it better or worse?  Is the relationship worth a little wait?  Don't let the ba$tards win!

Anyone help?

Don't give up, think about the thousands of people who haven't found the right person, we have done the hardest part which is to find someone we actually want to marry! I will be homeless next month and this is making me super nervous, but I keep remembering that my fiance wants us to buy a house together in the US, there's always a good side.
