Same feeling over here! They approved August 21st cases, why would they do that when there’s early July and all over July still waiting? And June still waiting?! I don’t understand it

Hey guys I have a question about i-134 again. This time about question 38 on part 3. I remember reading something about it awhile ago but can't quiet find it.

Anyways, so I am overseas with my fiance (unemployed) and my brother will co-sponsor.

Question 38 on part 3: I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in Part 2.

So does my brother answer this differently than when I answer it? I thought that we should both answer "I intend" but read here otherwise: https://www.***removed***/visitor-visa/affidavit-of-support-form-134-tips.html

Also my brother has prepared this paragraph for the "I intend". Does it sound good or has he missed something?

I intend to provide all expenses including, but not limited
to his visa expenses, food, shelter, incidental expenses
and necessities upon the beneficiaries arrival to the USA
and until beneficiary is eligible for employent in USA. I
will continue to support beneficiary until him and his
fiancee can cover the cost of the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Servicas "Poverty Guidelines" together.
At which point him and his fiance will split the cost of
    room and board.

Thank you. Couple more questions if it's ok. This is about when I feel out the i-134 (not my brother)

When it asks for my physical address. I have been in Romania with my fiance since June of 2017 as a temporary resident with a temporary permit that expires on August 2018. Initially I filed i-129f with my overseas address but they made an error and I needed to put an address change. Unfortunately after alot of complications and the address change online not accepting a non-usa address my representative at the senate told me to leave the address as is, my usa address. So on i-134 should I put my USA address  to match the address USCIS has? Or do I put my overseas address where I am now?

Question 26 on part 3:

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If none, write "none" in theh space for name below.)

Shall I put none or my fiance's information?

again question 38 on part 3:

The I intend or do not intend question. So I'll mark intend... but since I'm unemployed atm, does anyone know what I need to write here?

for intent question : nothing has to be too detailed.

Chose "intend" and in the additional page put "N/A (K1 Visa Process For Permanent Residence)"

This is the old form style but the most questions are same check this out:

Hello, my July family! I have been absent these past couple weeks. The hospital with work for recently changed computer systems so I worked a horrendous amount of very stressful hours. Haha. We definitely were not ready for it!

Anyway, I am happy to see more approvals and hope that everyone else will receive theirs soon.

Since receiving our NOA2 we have decided that my fiance won't arrive until May at the earliest. We want his sons to be able to finish school. It's hard knowing that we have to wait a little longer, but it will all be worth the wait!

Our K1 Journey
I-129f Received: July 17, 2017
NOA1: July 20, 2017
NOA2: February 2, 2018 (200 days from NOA1)

I have read complaints through a few months that there are 'thread jumpers' who go around offering rude advice to people who don't ask for it.

I used to try to give kind, helpful, positive information to everyone. I'm too experienced at this point. You either get the truth or the truth. Trying to hold someone's hand through this process is exhausting and not beneficial.

You see why I was pushing it there now right?

Then everybody think it works... No it doesn't but nobody goes there later to correct the topic to say oh it didn't work.

I agree, they moved on to August cases without even finishing half of the July cases. Not fair at all...

Any thoughts on the July 3 filer who just got their K-1 NOA2 and then mentioned that they actually got married last October?  I was really hit that they filed a month after me and they got an NOA2 that they can’t legally use!  That one hurt me for some reason.

Nope. They are legit. Just very unfamiliar with the rules. They called USCIS and the can file an I-130 and switch to a K-3.

His original question was whether they had had to marry again when they get to the states.  Lol
