Sorry for being ignorant. Is the second date supposed to be the the 2017 application date and the first the approval or rfe date? Both are 2018 so a little confused as to how to read the scan... Will that only identify the date which they have approved at uscis today and from there look at our personal dates and cases to see if we were concurring?

Again sorry for all the questions and confusion...

Ha Ha Yeh thats correct. I wrote 2018 instead of 2017.

Yes to your second question that you have to look yourself. This lets you know what days they touched for the day.

It's been that way only for 15 days....

they change it usually every month which mean next will be in march.

whats your noa1 date?

cause I don't think it will suddenly change to August 1 after June 27...

they are already processing August cases...

For your case you will need it to turn to either after August 3 but most likely September 1.

and as june and May filers are still waiting putting an inquiry really doesn't help.

as you're august 3 you're timeline is just being processed right now... it is a little too early to actually do any inquiry but it's highly possible you will get yours before it changes anyway.

and I don't think next update will say july 1 but I'm also almost sure it won't suddenly go further than your date. So you at least have 2 more updates for your case to be outside of processing times.

I am wondering the same thing. I can’t sleep, I’m obsessed with checking the app and this forum. Why won’t they just update cases in order, is it too much to ask?!

Hey Mayo.

When you receive packet 3 from the consulate they give you instructions on how to get it. I dont advise getting it before your case is ready at the consulate, once you have your NVC number you can track your case status.

It's really simple and easy tho. There is a form you get on this page:

http://www.police.govt.nz/advice/businesses-and-organisations/vetting/vetting-process-visas?nondesktop

Click on "Section 14 overseas" fill out the form, scan and email back to them, at the bottom where it asks who is it for, say it's for US immigration, Auckland Consulate. I think its only valid for 3 months though. Mine was sent to the consulate the same day I emailed them to ask for it.

Yay for getting your NOA2!! Hope the rest goes super quick!

Thanks alot MarkMate for answering my post as well as my texts. That's very kind of you. ( even i just replied your message, I still think I should answer here too) ^^
