Hi guys! I am September filler but as your group is the most active I noticed (so far) I would like to ask you something. This morning my USCIS app showed me alert that my case status has changed but when I went into the website and checked ( with my heart in my throat) it still says received. Is there anyone here who had similar situation? Is it mean they touched our case? I think it's still quite early for us as I thought they just barely touched august and are still mainly focused on July. We sent address change before but it was like a month ago.

The tracker app is 'being weird'. There's a theory that many cases have been updated to say fiancée in stead of fiancEe (or something like that). So yeah, probably nothing changed. Sorry.

Sorry I don't check VJ that often and didn't check September fillers topic. I should have been before asking. This app gonna give me heart attack one day. I guess time to remove it until at least the middle of March and focus on something more productive😂 happy valentines day!

Nah it's not a big deal! I said that because I'm also a September filer  I thought you came here from there.

I just came back, no problems, and I’ve been to the US 5 times now since we filled for the fiancé visa. I never even mentioned I have a fiance visa pending, they always ask me why I’m there and I say “I’m on vacation” and when are you leaving and if you’re travelling alone and I this time I said “my boyfriend is on another flight, arrived at terminal 8” because he was in Brazil visiting and we went to the US afterwards, or past times I said I was travelling alone and they asked me where I worked in Brazil. I had with me a copy of all my visa paperwork, statement from my employer mentioning ive been working there since x year, a copy of my internet bill so they can see I have a flat, my return flight. Cats are easier.

 

i don't know where you're going. But for lax (California) they didn't ask for anything from the cat. Only the airline wanted health report.

 

nobody in the airport even looked at them....
