Thanks but I’m asking about like

you know how now if you call to ask about a case they say “it’s still under normal processing time “ so my question is, after how many days of noa 1 it’s considered beyond processing time ? 250 days? 300?

They don't have a set number of days for normal processing time. What that chart shows is that applications received after June 27 are considered to be in the normal processing time range.

They are currently working through June 27th. However many days that is, that's the normal processing time. Some visas take years, which is why they post they date they are currently working through.

I understand... yesterday before all these movement I was so pissed that he didn't come here and waited with me, and I can't quit my job now to go there... I was like "is this even an engagement??" Then approvals came though and I felt way better... seeing the light at the end of the tunnel....

Thank you so much, congratulations today because you deserve it!!!! And that’s exactly it, we have no control over any of this and it’s hard. We took a nap together over Skype today which helped!!! Enjoy the rest of your journey 💕💕💕

And as a Montanan, I’ve never heard of that term but I am SOOOO stealing it 😂😂😂 thank you so much sweetie!! 💕💕💕

That is what I find so frustrating about this whole process. We don't get to know why it is taking so long for them nor when we are gonna get approved. It'd be really mind-soothing if the online status shed a little more light on our cases' progress showing notifications such as "your case has been assigned" or "your background check has been completed succesfully". Hopefully one day they will enhance it all.

You guys are really about to get it!!! Just a little longer... :)

I'd say until the official processing times show a NOA1 date later to yours. Right now it is June 27th, so anybody with a NOA1 date after that is still "within normal processing times"

I just checked informed delivery, I got two letters from USCIS, why not just one? I can't open them just yet :( Is that bad?

Probably AOS. We have 2 couples who are friends who've successfully done this smoothly.

You have already shown your intent to marry. By filing for the I-129F app. Sooooo...... You may have messed up cancelling. I'd contact a lawyer. I wish you both luck.
