Don't fret.

Though, everyone here will tell you NOT to make any plans until you are 100% approved because of delays like this. Sad is okay. Frustrated is okay. Do not make any more plans. :)

Either 90DR which will allow us to be together for 90+ days and then asking for an AOS which should take a couple months. Still, we'll be together through the process. Or, file for CR-1, re-up my lease and have her come live here for 6months while we wait. Or, file for a Canadian version of the k1 and have her stay here while we wait (the wait is much shorter especially for US spouses).

Please say a prayer for me am I  about to lose my mind, 217 days is really killing me! And seeing November filers are getting approvals makes me want to SCREAM and CRY!!!!!!!

Ahhh ok glad you have other options and are still together :) good luck for the future

LOL I understand completely. We are considering other options if we aren't moved along by May. I am envious, though, that it is much cheaper to fly to Canada :) lol

I am standing on 222 days now..  and uscis told us that its a normal processing time

We are at 248 today.  It will be 251 on Monday without any info at all.  Normal processing time my a$$!  :(

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
