July 2017 I-129F Filers

We filed our I-129F in early July 2017 and our case was received on July 17 by USCIS.

 

We have not heard anything since then. Are there many people in our situation? has anyone been approved yet? 

Also how much longer can we expect to wait until i can be in America with my family?(just so we can mentally prepare ourselves) we were hoping to be together by now another two months will be extremely hard on us, as i imagine it would be on anyone else waiting for approval.

@P&R2017 Im not sure how to reply to a direct post but hopefully this reaches you. I have spent many sleepless nights over the past 207 days! haha! glad i finally have people to talk to who are in the same boat as me.. I've been trying to find answers by googling my questions but that has done nothing but cause more heartache  

 

Does anyone have a rough idea when july applicants may be approved/processed? based on previous approvals?

These are cases that got their status updated USCIS website only:

 

For July as of 2/7

Approved	714
Touched(RFE and updates)	590
Case Received	2098
Excluded	394
Total	3796

 

They are not updating most approvals online. I think there is about 5-600 that are not updated so far in July.

 

And for VJ members left here , I am putting a list together and that's also what I showed you in the other post...

 

If you go backwards (but I admit we talk a lot) there are daily updates and weekly updates posted around

Are you serious?????? Il contact you when we are all done with this  NOA2 journey. My partner loves fishing and id want to give him a surprise a trip  there for all the hard work and patience he put on this journey...he never experienced open water fishing, and that's on hia bucket list! I promise to cook lots of filipino food for you and your partner!! Haha. 💖💖💖

We just recieved an RFE for the petitioners photo. Our lawyer stated they were just looking for something and being picky, as the rest of it was perfect.

Probably. I understand the passport photos need to be 2x2 but is there anything else I need to make sure of with the photos so we don’t get this wrong?

Check the passport picture standards in US.

 

but size and the background being white is the most important ones.
