So... Question!

On the I-134, it asks for the names and information of my fiance's children. I am not sponsoring them. They are already in the United States with their mother. Will listing their information affect what income level I need to have?

Our K1 Journey
I-129f Received: July 17, 2017
NOA1: July 20, 2017
NOA2: February 2, 2018 (200 days from NOA1)

I guess USCIS dont acknowledge all received RFE like they don't update all NOA2 in the system.... Even our case  ( it is still CASE RECEIVE ) even it is already 1 week since we received a letter from them ( USCIS ) asking fiance to fill out a certain page in I-129f form.

Calling USCIS is no help at all they are just basically depending on the system itself,in which we can see it in the tracker asking for supervisor is still the same they are just an agent as well pretending to be supervisor or manager  thats how call center work  but the same tool that are using they will just explain it.thats why when you call them they will say scripted spiels .. I suggest well just wait for the noa2 and be patience and sont waste our time calling them😁

Sometimes it help because in our case my fiance called them. After 1 week he receive a letter from USCIS  not immediate NOA2 letter it is our I-129F form page 3 they want him to write down part 38 even he answered it already in additional information.

As of now we are waiting for NOA2 hopefully next week in the mail box since they don't update our status in the system.

Actually, you can get the Tax Return Transcripts via online and print them out. That way, you don't need to wait the 5-10 days. I

We didn't bother to register..

Due to TOS (Terms of Service) and privacy issues, and the fact that some people may not want their WAC number posted in a forum, I will now be posting the receive dates and updates only.

Please check for personal status online in the uscis website case tracking system if you fall on one of these dates by going here.  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>    https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Hey guys,i have a question,i noticed that the case statues is 'case was received' for all of you who didnt receive  NOA2 yet,but only mine is 'document was mailed' .I'm wondering if everything is working well with my case.oh and before my fiance received NOA1 the status showed'case was received' and after we got NOA1. It changed to 'document was mailed' and my fiance also changed the address but it's happened after that.

The attached photo is the first and the only letter we received so far,i believe is a NOA1 right?pls tell me it is. and the date i circled with blue is the date we filed right? which means i should pay attention to the processing time is on 25th July right?

im a totally newbie here,im sorry if my questions are so silly,i would be so grateful if you could help me out about those. Thank you so so much.i wish i could find this place earlier so i could knowthere are a bunch of amazing people are working together with me.:D
