Yep...and we move on....(already tried to break my pc...which already has scars from when I throw it to the wall after those november approvals-I'm getting physical lately)

Oh I didn't mean it in a bad way, I'm just surprised hahaha. But that happens from time to time I guess. They are still doing a lot of July petitions.

Let’s hope. I had one started on January 12 that was marked “completed” when I opened another one on January 24. That one was assigned on January 24 and now it says it was assigned on February 5. I have no idea what is going on. I don’t think they do either.

Yes when it said it was "assigned" again and the old "assigned" message poofs right? Happened to me 3 times and got an answer 0-3 days after about. Probably answer you today 😊😊😄

And... the same for RFE'd cases.

As before, please note that ONLY updated RFE'd cases were considered, and that the purpose of this graph is just merely informative, not predictive.

Actually this one corresponds to RFE'd cases never (or not yet) updated to another status, such as approved. Sorry if it was confusing.

Not every embassy asks for tax returns.

but apart from that, you would only need 2015-2017 if needed.

the important one is usually last year's returns, and add w2s or employment letter and pay stubs (as recent as it can be)

It should be irs tax return transcripts not returns anyway, and she can get transcripts from IRS website. When you order it reaches you in 5-10 days.

Calling USCIS is no help at all they are just basically depending on the system itself,in which we can see it in the tracker asking for supervisor is still the same they are just an agent as well pretending to be supervisor or manager  thats how call center work  but the same tool that are using they will just explain it.thats why when you call them they will say scripted spiels .. I suggest well just wait for the noa2 and be patience and sont waste our time calling them😁

So far I only saw 3 approvals of November 16 dates (all of them same date, I believe something happened there) I believe these cases because I saw noa2s of all.

and even if I believe or not I don't care🤷‍♀️  because i cannot wait or let people wait on a "miracle" happening. The rules still apply hence I don't care if 1 out of 4000 got a mysterious approval!

Actually, you can get the Tax Return Transcripts via online and print them out. That way, you don't need to wait the 5-10 days. I
