Hi guys, I'm trying to upload some graphs but it won't let me because for some reason the max total size allowed has lowered to 0.01MB. I think someone had this problem before... anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi guys, Different places say different things... Do we need form I-134 or I-864 to present to the NVC? I looked and every website says something different.. please advise @Naes

You need I-134 for the interview at the embassy.

You need I-864 for the AOS after you get married.

Look at the "What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)" section.

Today is the 12th day since USCIS has received my information from the RFE.  I really thought it would be approved sooner than this yet here we are still waiting   I am tired of telling my fiancée, "We will be approved soon"

Just a question, when the NVC emails with a case number or the embassy has the petition who does the email go to will it be the petitioner or the beneficiary?

I want to say it goes to the petitioner.

Just to add some more fun, the case that was started and assigned on January 24 now says it was assigned on February 5.  Same number just a change in when they say it was assigned.

You mean inquiry? This usually means they'll answer it in 1 - 3 days :) happened to me a few times

Let’s hope. I had one started on January 12 that was marked “completed” when I opened another one on January 24. That one was assigned on January 24 and now it says it was assigned on February 5. I have no idea what is going on. I don’t think they do either.
