Ok, before I post the scan. I can now officially know how it feels to have 5 cases directly before and 5 directly cases after mine approved or RFE'd. Hmm........  "Trump in the Oval office and I took all those trips to the Middle East." Sure sounded like a good idea at the time........... Actually it was a great Idea and I wouldn't ever change it!! :D

Yes I am granting you your wish of one July 31st Approval

Dude come on!!! You're playing with our feelings!!!

At least make it to valentines! You have 10 days...

my knitting kit was accidentally sent to US early....half knitted scarfs and blanket is waiting for me to wait for AOS waiting times :)

That's good, though! I got Andy a PS4 pro to fiddle with while he waits. He also has the dog. Two peas in a pod.

I should be asleep, what is this life??

Yes I called to ask if the website was down because I haven't been able to track my case on the tracker she said the website was working fine but that the tracker was not available for k1 visas that my case is in route to the embassy and that I should contact the embassy directly and I told her but what about the "in transit" or "ready" status and she just repeat the same again

Did you call them or get a letter or was it updated online? I know people say to call two weeks after NOA2 but the NOA2 letter states to wait 30 days. Do most people just ignore this rule?

I did call them on February 5th, and then we got an email the next day saying they sent it to the embassy.

In July? I can't check now because I'm at work, but as july only started 4 weeks ago getting an rfe, answering, and getting the reply would easily take a month in total, so I wouldn't think we have that many yet.

Just checked the tracker app before bed...CSC got our RFE yesterday (Feb 5)!! Nice and speedy. Hopefully hearing back doesn't take long now.

I've been seeing quick RFE turnaround! Best of luck to you!
