Some May and June filers also are still waiting...........

 

 

And they started august now how really nice smh...........makes me want to hit the gym for 4 hrs starting today

Question:

If USCIS sent the petitioner the form that they want you to fill out in certain page. Do they give you a notification if they receive it already the letter again? or the certain page of the form I-129? or they will just let you guess again if they receive it or not  ( part of waiting game ) because my fiance sent the  letter again on the next day after he fill out the page as USCIS said he forgot to fill out

Just wanted to say a few things.

 

 

1. As frustrated as we are that we're not getting our NOA2s, we should NOT be attacking August approvals. They did not ask to be approved before we did, and doing so is incredibly alienating.

2. It is, however, completely acceptable to be disappointed in the situation (and I am sure that anyone from any previous months would tell you the same). We should not, however, take that out on them (myself included).

3. The scans that @Naes and @JSCGPV run can be done by your smart phone using the USCIS case tracker app. The android one is made by Spinach. The ios one can be linked by someone else who has it. PLEASE do not ask them to do things that you can do - they offer us a service, but they do have lives and jobs. Doing your own leg work is easy to do and you can refresh your case a billion times a day.

4. Focus on why you're doing it, not the time. I'm just as frustrated as you are, but I am really upset that people in the August thread are upset about our behavior here. Maybe they're talking about me, but it's not cool and we should try to be happy for them, not be mad.

You mean rfe right? It takes some time for them to update rfe received status.

they sometimes update it late around 10pm

Not at the approved people, but approvals itself. Another month starting should not be a problem. As it wasn't a problem before either.

If you went and read their thread, and went and read this thread, you'd notice quite a few people who expressed anger at the situation. It's not cool, and it needs to stop happening.

I think it's normal to express anger at the process though if you know your relationship is genuine and nothing wrong with your background and you're seeing people that filed 2 months after you get approved.

Guys it is basically feeling really sad and guilty and also frustrated when people act like nobody over a specific date should move forward.

 

it also applies when people say why are they already doing july 20 when I'm waiting here in July 3... month or not doesn't matter.

 

it just makes people feel bad. I felt bad. And I'm not even August! I'm only giving info, and it felt bad coming here to inform you guys.

see the mistake here is, july (yes july) started on their day 190, August also started on their day 190... how can this be unfair? Please tell me?

 

only 1 person in vj got approved 1 August and it is only one day away from a july 31 case getting approved.

Wow I wish I never made that comment. Sorry if I thought people in may and June should have been approved before me and sorry I feel like people in July should be approved before August. I don't think out of like 3000 filers before August 1st had something wrong with their case that's holding them back from being approved. I can see if it's a couple but it's really not.

I don't want anyone to be waiting this long I just wish it was more fair.

It has happened every single month. That's the thing.

 

This is not just about July. This has been happening for every month since I have been on this site.

 

1. They never go in order

2. They always fast forward in months

3. People always get angry

 

The thing is, it's happening. It has happened historically. What Naes and I are saying is that while it's totally acceptable to be disappointed, we should not be taking out our frustration on other users. 

 

They did not asked to be approved before us. 

 

And if you want to break it down, do you know how many people I've seen get their NOA2 that have applied after me? I'm a July 6 NOA1. John and Rose still don't have theirs. If you're not familiar with their case, you should ask them how it feels to watch people get approved WAY after they've applied.

 

WE are a community. WE are all here for the same reason - support, information, advice and companionship. That's it.

It's not about making 1 comment or not. But that's how mountains happen.

 

I saw 4 months pass over on each other, and all stretched to 3 months. When july started people even went to June to tell? But you know what happened we told each other as we've all seen how this system works.

 

they came here later to show support..not one August said anything here, and I'm not saying these to oppose to something but to make people realize however you have felt on January 10 when the first case happened (please try reading and remember) is what they're feeling.

 

as I said back then in June topic, none of this fair. But if we waited for all of a month to finish we would all be here including your noa2 nowhere to be seen.

 

so yeah saying once is agreed but that much of a opposition like no one approval pass yours should get anything made me feel guilty just because I felt happy.
