They are on west coast time (California).  Currently, 6am.

Makes it tough being on east coast time, because you have to wait the extra 3 hours.

Im from Cali and we feel the pain when you guys are celebrating new years 3 hours before us too. It works both ways :jest:

I have the same, I freaked out.

I have a caution (i threw a pint over someone - don't ask) I also put no on the esta because if you go back and read it it says have you ever been arrested or convicted in a crime that caused serious damage or bodily harm. Which I didn't that's why I ticked no.

On the police check it asks about police records, I'm gonna go to get my statement from the police as evidence.

Cautions come off for CRB checks but will forever stay on record.

Hello!

I have been doing some research and apparently if it didn’t involve moral turpitude you should have no problems and should have clicked no. Throwing a pint over someone does not fall under this category (I have also thrown many pints in my time) they word it so weird so it truly makes no sense.

And if it was under the age of 18 and a single offence you are actually excempt as you were never tried as an adult.

Heres a link that helped me stop freaking out:

Hope this helps!

I am on my first cup of coffee for this week.

As an early July filer, I hope that we all get approved. I'll be honest, when I see people who are griping about being late July filers and not getting their NOA2s, I want to shake you guys a bit.

Like, it could be so much worse. Our ETA was mid-January. Andy will be here in 11 days to visit and I don't think I will see that NOA2 before he gets here.

I know it sucks, but please, remember it could be worse, and hold your head up.

And when that fails... Another cup of coffee.

Question: who are the tier 2 reps? So are they different from the usual reps that also base their answers online? I have spoken to one rep before but idk if she’s a tier 2. Do they give you more accurate answers?

I'm sure this is exactly how May and June filers feel if not worse. My heart breaks for those waiting 250+ days. Being apart is hard but something @John & Rose said resonated with me: "She is 9000 miles away but she is never father than my hand can reach." That is what this process is about. I hope everyone waiting gets their approvals asap and until then, we are all here rooting for you!

Omg 250+ days??? Is that still considered as “within the processing days”?? I cannot. I’ll be calling uscis like every freaking day.

We are now outside of "normal processing times".  I've contacted my congressman (twice), called USCIS Tier I dozens of times, called USCIS Tier II and had Tier II call backs 6 times.  I have 3 active inquiries.  My congressman will file another on February 12 if we dont hear anything.  The only information I've seen so far is that we have not yet been assigned to an adjudicator.  Neither of us has a record and I already have security clearances at the Federal and State level for consulting work I do.

This story needs to be definitely turned into a movie! With agents raiding the CSC to find your case file!

Noa2 on January 24...

Then NVC received it February 1st?!

You guys said it would take like 50 days. Did we get insanely lucky?

Times are much faster now.
