It won’t be another year. It will happen and hopefully soon. We have to realize that USCIS is simply not made to give accurate updates. They handle 3000 to 5000 K-1s a month. We have no idea how many people they have working. I hope they hire more!

Afternoon all! Aww I’m so happy for all of those who are getting approved. Congratulations!!! 

 

212 days for me, but by the day I am becoming more hopeful (thanks to all of you who have been calming me for a few days now)

I would call again in a few days. I got my NOA2 on 1/24 and my case was assigned on 1/31. The NVC seems to be on fire right now. It's a great change of pace compared to the sloth that is the USCIS, haha!

That is mostly Rose.  I have become much more zen since she came into my life.  Many here have seen that happening before their eyes.  I am truly blessed.

Update.  Our NOA2 notice arrived in the mail today dated 19/01/2018.  I rang NVC and they had my case # and invoice # on hand.  They advised that our file was sent to the Auckland Embassy yesterday.  I checked the CEAC site and it says "In Transit".  I was hoping for this outcome but didn't really believe it would happen this fast.  Now we have to figure out the next steps.  I really do believe that they are sending a lot of notices out in the mail with no updates or email notifications.  I'm hoping for heaps more approvals coming in and more news from others that their NVC time went really fast.

I do that every chance I get. She knows how loved she is. Our love is so easy and comfortable. I’ve never experienced this before. She is 9000 miles away but she is never father than my hand can reach.
