That would mean extra wait for any hard cases, any case that get hit in the background checks, any rfes. 

Probably not haha I am actually making up my own deadlines, such as if I don't get approved by the end of February (when I hit 240 days) then I will start worrying

Exactly!! Then we know its definitely taken cared of..or has it been sitting there in the box for x days..and if we call them theyll give you the scripted answer. what choice do we have? Just one...to wait..too bad for others (like me) in vain..211 days...its very hard for to be positive at this point honestly.

Yep sounds like a good timeline to get worried and knock on ombudsman doors..

It is right but what does being negative will bring to this situation? If it was only 1 person left, I would definetely get extremely negative and anxious. But at this point I am just frustrated. (Not even for me btw my heart still jumps when I see someone in May writes! Thinking I will hear their approval..)

I got an informed delivery notification this morning and there's something with page 1 of 1 coming for me today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the e-mail and I'm not kidding I almost fainted dead away.  I'm still shaking violently and choking back tears.

Called Tiger and woke him up to tell him.

Has "page 1 of 1" ever meant anything but approval to anyone's knowledge?

 

7/17 NOA1, website still says case received.

True that!! Very hard to be positive but hanging on to it...well again, a wait of 6 months is nothing in exchange of having a lifetime with your partner...so lets all smile and attract positive vibes!!

Hi, I’m July 13th but no response. I know those prior are also still waiting, but I’ve seen 7/13 approved or more info requested. Could mine be delayed to background check or is random? Anyone know. Thanks and congrats to everyone that is getting approval!

It's random at a level as long as they're doing july, you don't have to worry about specifically your case having a problem.

 

they will go through the whole month first and slowly move to August while focusing on the rest of july cases
