Speaking of May and frustration, has anyone just tried suing the USCIS? Sure it'd take forever and cost a lot more money and probably accomplish nothing and...I'm starting to forget where I was going with this....but maybe just getting the ball rolling will scare some people into action and then you can back off?

You asked and concluded 😂😂 it would accomplish nothing, you know you can't even appeal a k1 visa.

and then the next sentence comes as "immigration is not a right it's a privilege" Yada Yada

the only thing to do when a government office f up, is to get in touch with ombudsman. They are like customer service for government agencies. But you need to be over their timelines... and people also do that in May... yet they have to wait to first get a reply to that....

yes i know that but this is unfair because if they can work on 26 july but not on 3 july .. this is bullshit..

I understand the frustration and anger. But there isn't much we can do but wait. It's not the later filer's fault they were approved before us. Is their system wack-a-doodle? Absolutely yes, but I can guarantee that every day we wait will be worth it once we are finally with our loved ones.

This means a week left to start August..

Maybe a week an a half or two, for what I've seen here, they usually do cases of the whole month before going to the next one.

Well no because there’s still the 26, 27, 28, and 31 left of July

Yeah but they don't always start the next month even if they get to the last day of this month. That's why at least a week to start August.

However I really don't like talking about when the next month will start in a topic where people are waiting. So those guesses for me a discussion topic of August.

I really hope there will be lots of approvals in mail after all these non-updated days before they start the next.

@Naes Do you know how many cases are still untouched from the different days in July? (what I'm really asking is can you make that graph with the colors :D

I will do it for Friday.

the reason is they are almost only updating rfes. And I want to see if they will do a big update on Friday like they did before.

but I will be checking if there was any special status such as rfe or updates on those cases they actually updated online to approved.
