So I call USCIS and they are closed and their automated system tells me my petition is still received July 24th. But if I call again tomorrow during business hours and speak with a live person, they may tell me it has already been approved?  Can tier 1 do that or do I gotta try and get to tier 2 for them to go and look?

How can you see who got approved? Do you have a website? Haha. Im so amazed how you guys see this updates.

One way is to install an app on your phone.  You can type any WAC into it and it will give you the status.  Search for "USCIS Case Tracker".  Oh, and you can search 10, 20, or 50 numbers at a time.

You can also use the USCIS website.  https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

How were you able to get transferred to an immigration officer?

After speaking with a supervisor she said she would transfer me to immigration officer if I wanted to try to expedite the case so I said yes and after getting our case number and asking some basic questions the officer said the case was already approved.

One important thing to know, is that they don't work in number order. It will help with your sanity!

I'm all for frustration and anger towards the process...

but we cannot just give a day the crown and think like that... I would go to May filers post and think about what I'm asking. And how they are actually doing july itself is a part of this frustration yet in this worldly unlawful order a blessing at the moment.

Speaking of May and frustration, has anyone just tried suing the USCIS? Sure it'd take forever and cost a lot more money and probably accomplish nothing and...I'm starting to forget where I was going with this....but maybe just getting the ball rolling will scare some people into action and then you can back off?

I don't think anyone will do that.
