I'm the beneficiary and my fiance is still studying medicine so she doesn't make any money at the moment to support me. Her mom will be my sponsor. tell me if i'm wrong but I thought we have to use the I-864 form. also for the interview.

No, you use I-134 for interview. And then I-864 for AOS after your marriage.

Here my situation , August filer, so soon will get the NOA2 and I need to prepare for the 134 form

I'm a ebay seller, I make my own products and I grossed 44k last year from July to Dec - I get paid through pay pal and then I deposit from pay pal to my bank account, I have record from my bank account of all my deposits from pay pal and my record from pay pal of all my payments to me and matches with my ebay account. I'm getting ready to file my own taxes with just me on them, the previous two years was a joint tax return with the ex and only her income. I didn't work. Didn't need to at the time.

So, I wont have a letter from my "employer" however I do have a business name. I wont have a W2 or a 1099 I plan to file schedule C

so is bringing copies of my sales total from ebay and payments total from pay pal and tax return and record of all my deposits to my bank account good enough? as I made more than the income requirement. A side note, as of January this year I made over 18k so far and have prood of deposits to my bank account as well. This is sales from my ebay and website.

Here is a relevant section from the i-134 instructions. It looks like you will need to bring as many of these as you can - especially from section A (bank accounts) & C, 1) copy of last income tax return filed (since you are self-employed)

My fiancée is a US citizen.. I am the beneficiary from Canada :) I have been reading on visa journey that people send the email for packet 3 once the status of the case from NVC changes to "Ready". I think I will wait a week before sending it as I am gathering documents for packet 3.

That is great that it can be submitted early before formally getting notified by the consulate.

If you live with your parents, Does Question 8.A. be $0? Will there be anything else I need (memo?) stating I live with them?

If you don't own any real estate, you have to put $0.

Separately, I would prepare some kind of paper ("lease" or other signed document) that you and your parents sign that establishes your US domicile. This is what I am doing because currently I reside outside of the US and I have to prove that I am domiciled in the US. YMMV :)

just so there is no surprises but I know 3 people (one as recent as last febuary) got k1 denied because petitioner was living with parents and he had a sponsor that qualified.

Not only do the VO's look at if the petitioner meets the requirements but also if the person that is applying for the visa to go marry the petitioner will he/she be in financial hardship if she/he were granted a visa would that put them in a worse situation.

If you live with mom and dad and no income , sponsor or not they will more than likely turn it down and besides why would "you" (speaking in general) would bring someone here to live with parents and/or no income. That's not fair to the fiancé.

Well, that is disconcerting...what right do they have to deny someone who lives with their parents if you have sufficient income and sponsorship?

I’ve known people to get approved even though they live with parents. Living with parents while making your own income isn’t a bad thing, it means you’re saving money. And it’s the fiancés decision to move, knowing what they’re getting into. I don’t see why you would get denied just for living at home w/ parents
