Hi! I take it your fiancee is from Canada. Once you get your case number from NVC, are you planning to submit (email) packet 3 to Montreal before getting formal notification of it?

ah that is cool! And yes you can use anyone as a sponsor. as long is the sponsor makes enough money.

Thank you! yes but thanks to all of you , i get through ! this whole process for all of us being apart from our significant other is no bueno. Plus the stress from school!

But whenever i get a break from studying i come here and get happy with all the approvals and support!

Here my situation , August filer, so soon will get the NOA2 and I need to prepare for the 134 form

I'm a ebay seller, I make my own products and I grossed 44k last year from July to Dec - I get paid through pay pal and then I deposit from pay pal to my bank account, I have record from my bank account of all my deposits from pay pal and my record from pay pal of all my payments to me and matches with my ebay account. I'm getting ready to file my own taxes with just me on them, the previous two years was a joint tax return with the ex and only her income. I didn't work. Didn't need to at the time. 

So, I wont have a letter from my "employer" however I do have a business name. I wont have a W2 or a 1099 I plan to file schedule C

so is bringing copies of my sales total from ebay and payments total from pay pal and tax return and record of all my deposits to my bank account good enough? as I made more than the income requirement. A side note, as of January this year I made over 18k so far and have prood of deposits to my bank account as well. This is sales from my ebay and website.

My fiancée is a US citizen.. I am the beneficiary from Canada  I have been reading on visa journey that people send the email for packet 3 once the status of the case from NVC changes to "Ready". I think I will wait a week before sending it as I am gathering documents for packet 3.

Just prepare ur bank statements..

Same here - each days seems to get longer right now.....I check Scans each day, then case tracker, then informed mail each morning and nothing yet - Looks like probably on to day 211.

December will have your questions answered. That's your timeline. 

 

You may wait less or more, but this is the reality at the moment. In July only july whines, in June June whines. And they don't bring this negativity out of this place and everyone here tries to be helpful and keep everyone's spirits up in every other thread. Here it becomes their safe space to whine. 

obviously you did not read my original post- i did not complain or whine...not sure where you got that from.. there isn't anything to complain about; we all started the process knowing that we have to wait... i simple asked everyone how are they doing and if any good news from anyone....

trust me, i am not here to whine or bring anyone's' spirit down...just seems like some ppl are extra frustrated and need to take their frustration out on someone....

SO TRUE!!!  I get the "oh, you are busy..."  phrase and I say "I just have to respond to this thread on Visa Journey"  She give me a dirty look...

 

I am on FaceTime with her on my phone with my computer or iPad in my lap... I know it is wrong but sometimes i obsess here!!!
