hi there! me and my fiance filed in December. We are super excited and nervous. Did July filers already receive their visas ? how was the process? any suggestions?

Please update your timeline as that can better help us assist you.

Right now, USCIS is processing July applications. Some July filers are just getting their NOA2s. I don't believe anyone got a visa yet

Mine was filed out 6 months ago when I submitted my petition along with my DS-160. All of this is part of Rapid Visa's service you pay for.

I have no idea why and I asked the same questions, but Rapid Visa said this is how it is done.

That's a huge stretch in logic to me.  I can't think of a single reason to answer that question in such a manner.  Perhaps others will chime in.

(How could you have submitted all of that information 6 months ago when you're still awaiting your NOA2?  I only requested my bank documentation yesterday because submitting months-old information seemed like a terrible idea to me.)

I don't know the answer, but I was planning on putting "None" in those fields.  I have not received NOA2 yet.  If it needs to be something else, then I will definitely change it.

:lol::lol::lol::lol: Hahaha....Did we receive our visas.....good one! :lol::lol:

Seriously, though, we're only just now getting our I-129f approvals, and not even half of us yet. Settle in, it might be June or so before you hear about yours.

Do what you want, but with Rapid Visas Success Rate of doing thousands and thousands of K-1 petitions among others, and High Rating I'm doing exactly what they say is the correct way to fill out the form. They probably know more than the USCIS

Mine has not been submitted. The I-134 is ready to print out and the ds-160 is an answer sheet that my fiancee will print out and use to quickly fill in the blanks. For me nothing has changed for the past 6 months until I do my Taxes this year.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

???  Try reading any page of any month here.  It is an 11 to 12 month process but it is really moving quicker now.  December filers may get it back to 6 months to VOH but that is probably a bit aggressive.  NOA1 to POE should be 8 to 10 months for December filers.

Look, with all due respect, you've just joined the website. You don't know what most of us have been going through for the past 6-7 months (and for other, a much longer time).

If it is within 6 months, your lawyer needs to get working on my case. He should also work with John and Rose, who have been waiting longer.

You need to accept that we're being realistic, but you're also in a thread of people who are angrily and eagerly awaiting their NOA2. We applied last year. You're not even three months in. We're not going to lie to you. It's not what we do.

Going the other route at this point would probably be better. A LOT of people on the May and June threads wished they did this. It doesn't take much longer (so I hear), costs less and your fiancee will get a green card right off the bat. Probably better that way, honestly.

Oh...the lawyer thing...read up on that too.  Very few lawyers know any more about this process than you do.  No offense.

We are waiting 8 months for NOA2 right now.  We still have NVC, interview and VOH before POE.  6 months hasn't happened in a year.  If you are lucky you will get it down to 9 or 10 months total.  There are still May and thousands of June filer virgins.  It will happen but 6 months is really pushing it for POE.  NOA2 in 6 months would be good.  Someday it may get back to the 3 to 5 months but that is only a dream right now.

If that is an option for you, you should do that.  It is much cheaper and much quicker to green card.  You will be away from your loved one a little longer but with the thousands saved you can visit.  The GC at POE is a huge advantage.

i'm not asking for you guys to lie to me and yes i just joined all happy and chirpy but thanks to your comments that's gone.  i understand all of your frustrations- doesn't matter if i applied now or 10 months ago-  doesn't matter if i joined this group now or later- me and my fiance have been monitoring visa journey long before we even applied- we all do not know what we have been through- you cannot judge me because we just applied- you do not know what we have been through-but yet we ALL have one goal- we all want to be together with our loved ones and we need to support and show respect to each other- i don't understand why everyone is tackling me because I asked if you received your visas yet? seriously.  if its bothering you than please do not reply back- i do not need negativity from anyone. i am here to support and join everyone else in the waiting process. i am a realistic person but also optimistic and happy. thank you..
