Guys, Im flying tomorrow to visit my fiance in US. Suprising him for his bday!  :D Im just wondering if I need to bring with me the i129f packet if ever they ask for it or can i just bring the NOA1 copy?

Just noa1 copy is enough. They've never asked me though but have it with you (or just a picture of it so you can show)

return ticket is more important.

have a nice vacation :)

This damn USPS Informed Delivery... I have tried to verify my identity now TWICE and it keeps coming up with stupid questions. I guess I am going to have to wait the old fashioned way!

My fingers are crossed and prayers are sent to everyone still waiting. I am a July 27th filer but I am hoping those way before me, get their NOA2's! I can't thank everyone on here enough for their knowledge and hard work keeping the quiet stalkers (like me) in the loop. You all are amazing!

I am now going to drink my glass of wine and pray to all of the Gods we all can be with our loves SOON! <3

I had literally the exact same thing happen to me with the garbage questions.  Keep trying as often as it lets you.  I believe on my third try it asked questions with answers I could recognize and I was able to successfully sign up and get it working.

Don't give up!

Hello everyone! First time to post here and been a lurker for awhile now. I’m just wondering if they still update online for RFE? I’ve seen 4 RFE for july 20th noa1. Our case still says received.

Hoping and praying for everyone’s approvals!

No not all rfe are updated.

Hoping that’s not our case. (Fingers crossed)

Thank you @Naes 😊

Sorry I misunderstood. Did you get something in informed delivery?

One important thing though: Please remember these scans just show whatever is shown in the apps or website. so if your case is not updated online it won't show here. any case that gets a notice of any kind without update online, won't show here either.

No update too. Maybe I’m just overthinking. Haha this process is making me crazy. So happy to find this forum I know I’m not alone 😅

I think this process drives all of us crazy.  I am so ready for an approval.  I'm July 25th, so hopefully soon.

I just laughed soooo hard :D

I accidentally ended up in this "immigration attorney"'s website... the flow was sooo wrong....

this attorney thinks a petition gets approved at NVC? I'm so happy I didn't use a lawyer....

Hi everyone. I am a july 10 filer and im at 207th day of waiting for NOA2.  I have been following 12-13 cases before me and 4 cases after me, and we are all on received status. Given the approvals for july that was sent out and the way USCIS updates the results online and the app, is this an indication that our NOA2 could probably be in the mail? I am getting frustrated as my fiance is losing faith in it too.....im hopeful it comes this week....

July 10th here too! Hopefully anyday now will have some good news via mail...

Totally agree, especially when the approval progress is close to our date (I’m July 31th), they’ve already started to send RFE to July 24th.... excited and nervous

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet.

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

You're right.  I'm both excited and nervous, because I don't want to be one of the unlucky people who get's an RFE.  I think all of our paperwork was good, but you never know for sure.

RFEs are not a bad thing.  They put those petitions off to the side and once they are satisfactorily answered, the petition is approved.  I have seen cases where it adds less than a week to the process.  RFE at least shows the petition was touched.  Some people are waiting with no updates or info at all.  I would kill for an RFE right now!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

I was also unsuccessful at verifying the security answers. Funny thing is it asked for my mother's maiden name and favorite food I know for 100% sure those answers. Any who, it says that you would need to recreate an account as it wont let you get past those questions. I did that and it still didn't allow me since it was already in use. I just created another account using my same address and my 2nd  email address.  That's the first thing I check in the morning so hope this helps.
