Thanks for this.  So I'll leave the yes/no unchecked?  That seems scary lol but I'll do it!

I just edited sorry ;)

In my case, after reading through so many different ones, I decided to put yes and than explain at the additional space.

I saw no-one get rejected by checking yes, but heard about 1 rejection because of no.

I would always go for the most positive answers and explain later. This can never hurt. Maybe they think we will let our fiance/spouse homeless and starving until aos? USCIS always assumes thr worst of us

Time flies really quickly. ... It's almost February...

maybe because they are working on July files? I don't know...but I have the felling that January was here for a second and it's almost gone...

Before we know it's summer....okey not in Indiana, but anyway...😎

It's snowing here in Indiana this morning. Sometimes we get snow in April... Wait... why do I live here? Lol

Anyone pretty far in to their Affidavit of Support?  (Which I've been doing "NA" for as discussed...meh.)

Question 38: "I [DO OR DO NOT] intend to make specific contributions to the support of the [beneficiary]."

I don't know, do I?  It lists as examples if I will be providing money or room and board.  Technically, while Tiger is unable to legally work for a few months after his arrival, I will in fact be providing him with a place to stay and covering our expenses.  But that's because he's going to be my husband, duh, not because he's like my boarder or something.  So would I answer that I "do not intend" to do this?  Anybody know how this question gets answered?

I was just looking at that last night, and I wasn't sure how to answer it either.

Chose do intent, then at the additional info specify the part and write "N/A - Filing for K-1 Visa"

Thanks for the info.

I was wondering if anyone could help us. Our petition was received on the 28th July, however 6 months after, we have received no word and are very worried. I tried submitting an inquiry via the USCIS, but the website did not approve the inquiry, stating that our estimated processing time has no elapsed yet, which makes us very worried and confused.

Do not worry.  Our NOA1 date was 06/30 and we did not get our approval for over 200 days.  I received a glorious 'Your Case Status Has Changed' notification from my USCIS App after about 7 other notifications that 'A Case Similar to Yours Was Updated'.  This was on 01/19, but it turns out my actual NOA2 date was 01/16.  Some people have not received any updates online or on the app, but instead just saw their NOA2 show up in the postal mail.  I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery and I started calling USCIS to try and get a status from them.  I never got anywhere, just the standard "your case is within our normal processing times".  Bottom line - our NOA1 was a month before yours and we just got our approval less than 2 weeks ago.  Yours is close, hang in there. Believe me - I know how hard this waiting part is!  Best of luck everyone, my hope is that USCIS is starting to pick up the pace after the holidays.

I was told to leave it alone because it doesn't apply to us so I left it blank.
