Yes! We met on instagram! No I didn’t include it on the I-129f... in fact al I said is that we met online and just stated when we met in person. That’s all they care about for the package. I think you do need the terms of service for the interview though!

Is Instagram considered as IMB? We mentioned it on the form that we met through instagram. Is that gonna be a problem?? :o  anyone know more info bout this?

No. At worst case scenario they would ask for a Terms of Service to prove it's not, but by now I'm sure by 2018 they know what Instagram is. I sure wouldn't sweat it.

Definition of an International Marriage Broker. “International marriage broker” is defined as an entity (whether or not U.S.-based) that charges fees for providing matchmaking services or social referrals between U.S. citizens/permanent residents and foreign nationals.

I appreciate your kind help. I got a little nervous. Hopefully all is fine without the TOS and will get noa2 soon. Praying for everyone from 🇬🇧

Your welcome and I Can't say for sure, but I would be really, really, be surprised if you get RFE for that. Even if you did it would be an easy fix.

I see a noa1 July 25 on immi timelines :jest: must have been a silent noa2?

Just as an info;

in vj people put their notice date instead of the received date. Online updates are based on received dates. So some of those dates are not accurate according to website.

also some people put Texas service center thinking their case went there and got transfer to California (which is incorrect) and this is why there is a Texas service center showing similar dates on vj timeline  averages.... etc etc... but yeah whichever dates we see they are doing the overall so that's good :)

It sometimes get transfers. But 99.9% of cases goes to california at least it first goes to california. if a case number has "wac" at the start that stand for California (old name western adjudication center if I'm correct)

Anyone pretty far in to their Affidavit of Support?  (Which I've been doing "NA" for as discussed...meh.)

Question 38: "I [DO OR DO NOT] intend to make specific contributions to the support of the [beneficiary]."

I don't know, do I?  It lists as examples if I will be providing money or room and board.  Technically, while Tiger is unable to legally work for a few months after his arrival, I will in fact be providing him with a place to stay and covering our expenses.  But that's because he's going to be my husband, duh, not because he's like my boarder or something.  So would I answer that I "do not intend" to do this?  Anybody know how this question gets answered?  :wacko:

Chose do intent, then at the additional info specify the part and write "N/A - Filing for K-1 Visa"
