July 2017 I-129F Filers

Hi everyone. I am a july 10 filer and im at 207th day of waiting for NOA2.  I have been following 12-13 cases before me and 4 cases after me, and we are all on received status. Given the approvals for july that was sent out and the way USCIS updates the results online and the app, is this an indication that our NOA2 could probably be in the mail? I am getting frustrated as my fiance is losing faith in it too.....im hopeful it comes this week....

Is Instagram considered as IMB? We mentioned it on the form that we met through instagram. Is that gonna be a problem??   anyone know more info bout this?

No. At worst case scenario they would ask for a Terms of Service to prove it's not, but by now I'm sure by 2018 they know what Instagram is. I sure wouldn't sweat it.

Your welcome and I Can't say for sure, but I would be really, really, be surprised if you get RFE for that. Even if you did it would be an easy fix.

Ooooookay July Filers (and anyone prior still waiting).  Leeettt's get ready to ruuuuuuumble!!!!! We are gonna get some more action tomorrow with online and snail mail approvals AND some sweet sweet NVC aaaaaactiiionnnn. Give us those young case #'s!!!  Woooo!!! I wanna see some major action tomorrow.

Just as an info;

in vj people put their notice date instead of the received date. Online updates are based on received dates. So some of those dates are not accurate according to website.

 

also some people put Texas service center thinking their case went there and got transfer to California (which is incorrect) and this is why there is a Texas service center showing similar dates on vj timeline  averages.... etc etc... but yeah whichever dates we see they are doing the overall so that's good

Time flies really quickly. ... It's almost February... 

maybe because they are working on July files? I don't know...but I have the felling that January was here for a second and it's almost gone...

Before we know it's summer....okey not in Indiana, but anyway...😎

But how come there is a tsc on uscis.gov timeliness  I never understood this

It sometimes get transfers. But 99.9% of cases goes to california at least it first goes to california. if a case number has "wac" at the start that stand for California (old name western adjudication center if I'm correct)
