It's normal.

Also, try not to think that you're a late receiver. I'm July 6 and there are SO many cases after me that have been approved. The cases are NEVER done in order, so they'll get to you and me, but just gird your loins and prepare to see lots of cases after yours get approved. :)

Nice advice, though I'm not quite sure how to gird my loins.....haha.

I searched and here it is:

Now where's my scimitar?

HAHAHAHA

It's a saying that my dad has been using since I was little. I now tell him to gird his girds. It's not as effective but I do get a chuckle out of it!

Hello all,

Quick question. My fiancee and I filed our petition with an immigration attorney, where she send in form g-28. We would like to know if my fiancee (petitioner) will receive the original copies of the i-797 (notice of action) or or any form of the i-797 at that. Or will they only be sent to the attorney since she send in form g-28?

Thanks in advance for any help =)

Well... The regular Form 1-129 is different from I-129F. The F is what matters- which is the K (fiance) visa. Regular I-129 is the non-immigrant worker thing.
But it could mean that USCIS is more free to work on July cases :)

So strange that they're going by date now, which of course leaves us late July filers (26) for last.

Either way, glad they're making progress this month, relative to previous months.

Guys. So I went on the case tracker app just to confirm my receive date as I was unsure if it was 7/19 or 7/21 and when I went to refresh it - IT SAID MY CASE WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best part of this is, I leave tomorrow night to go visit my fiance. He's going to freak out, haha.

You guys are the best support system; and @Shoegum @Naes @vocaledge @JSCGPV thank you for keeping us semi-sane by posting updates daily. You guys are the real MVPS.
