"January 2, 2018

We transferred some of the following cases from the Vermont Service Center and California Service Center to the Texas Service Center:

  • Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for petitioners seeking L nonimmigrant classification"

Do you guys think this made a difference and July will be faster?

This was brought up weeks ago. We don't really know if it will have an effect, but there's always hoping.

Right on. Have you also checked out the August thread? You're welcome here, but there's going to be more information for you there as July applicants get approved.

Yeah, it does look like July is going speedier, but I don't want to jinx anything and I don't know if it's technically true (compared to previous months numbers).

Yes I have. But I find this topic so helpful since I'm super early August :) I want to know how close I am!!!

Yesterdays 9pm scan was about 69% RFE, is that normal?  That seems worrisome to me, the last thing I want is an RFE (we're Jul5).  Do "late receivers" (meaning I'm July 5th and so many July 3/5'ers have been approved, so I'm a late receiver)

It's normal.

Also, try not to think that you're a late receiver. I'm July 6 and there are SO many cases after me that have been approved. The cases are NEVER done in order, so they'll get to you and me, but just gird your loins and prepare to see lots of cases after yours get approved. :)

On the Plus side yesterdays midday scan was 100% approved. If you look at overall for the day that puts the RFE below 25% for the total day.

Here is what I posted before the midday scan yesterday.

Due to TOS (Terms of Service) and privacy issues, and the fact that some people may not want their wac number posted in a forum, we will now be posting the receive dates and updates only.

Please check for personal status online in the uscis website case tracking system if you fall one of these dates.    https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Nice advice, though I'm not quite sure how to gird my loins.....haha.

I searched and here it is:
