i couldn't stay up and i fell asleep! but waking up to this - WOAH :D thank you!!!!

 

hope between midday and now there are a lot more :) and hopefully some from a later date than jul 14! crossing fingers!

Finally after 6mos and 7 days.. we got the approval notice.. noa2.. 192days OF waiting.. 😍😍😍

Hello Everyone!!!

Today is a great day! Just a while a go my fiance left back to US it was sad to be apart again. He just got in to the boarding gate while im about to go home from the airport i checked our NOA2 in my phone and OMG it was approved!!!! Sadness was replaced by happiness!!!

Hmmm seems like they don’t touch the cases thorugh a whole month as usual, now they just focus on the cases before July 14th, and thanks for your daily scanning @JSCGPV💐

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet. 

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

Hard to tell with USCIS. Seems like every week they do something different. At least they are giving us some updates.

Hey July Bros and Broettes.  I haven't seen a letter in the mail yet and my app says "Case Received".  So I dunno what's going on.  Doesn't make sense to me much.  I got that hope going though because a New Zealand June filer has their interview in a few days.  WOOO!!!! @mysticdolphin95 you're keeping the hope alive!!! @MarksMate I've got my eye on your progression too!!!  I hope you don't mind my watching your timelines real closely.  As always good luck to everyone who is still waiting and I stand by my stance that they are updating the app and sending out letters with no updates as well.  

I-129F Sent: July 5th 2017  

I-129F NOA2: January 19th 2018

Interview date: March 8th 2018 - Result is APPROVED!!! 

POE USA: April 23rd 2018

Marriage: May 18th 2018

Same here I uninstalled my case tracker and not checking it 24/7 to keep my cool and just check email.

Our NOA1 was July 5. Hope to get some new updates and hopefully it will be the noa2. #patience in its finest level! That's message for the day.

This is exactly why we are doing those overall scans for :) at least 100% why I'm doing it! 

 

so we will know what they're doing and wait for it to come, with as much patience as we can have. We know where they are now all we can do is wait a bit more for july.

 

I hope I will manage to be like you guys when September starts!

Today is a very special day, it's my fiancé birthday... 

🎉🎁🎈🎊🍾🎂🎈🎉

 

And I so wish I could surprise him with our NOA2... I know I need to keep faith... but sometimes I just want to go to him and stay there...

I asked him yesterday if he want to call the USCIS, but he said no... He doesn't want to get stress out and say the wrong thing to them... He said we must wait... Of course he is right about that... and I admire his patience...
