Nah.  They are equal opportunity haters!!!  LOL  The Philippines is a huge supplier of emigrants though.  

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

We traveled to Shanghai to request tourist visas for my fiancee and her 2 parents , despite still waiting for noa2 and no job, kid, home etc. -  but all 3 we're approved for tourist visas! Don't let the negative people on here say it's impossible!!

 

Also, right after we left the consulate, I checked my USCIS app....and we approved for NOA2!! What an amazing day!

July 13 filer - approved January 23, app updated same day.

Yes this is the second person who did it that I saw!! It is hard but not impossible!!

i am also on holding position :( man they are pain in asss... 3rd july was a day.

Comrades, I adore you all.

 

Ironically, I've stopped biting my nails. I uninstalled the tracker apps. I am going clean. I will check my mail and my email, but you know, I think I might be more chill if I am not checking 24/7!

Hello everybody, thank you for sharing your information. I have a question. Does USCIS do petitioner’s background check or beneficiary’s? I heard that embassies usually do background check for beneficiaries!
