I just called to USCIS lady talled me to call tommorow. She asked me 4 times are you Petitioner, I am like "Yes mam," she is like we have to talk to petitioner to give you beneficiary any info. I was like my god. Lol ended up telling me call back tommorow. But I just did a scan close to my number, and two July 13 cases got approved. Please let it be this week at least some good news. Past 2 days my mood swings are so bad, " I feel you lady's, I am like happy, angry." Don't know what to do. Nothing else excitse me no more, even at work they keep asking " any news, any news." Once they approve the case I am doing Beer Week lol, with some Armenian BBQ . Yall welcome!!

Louis you are not alone. I am also July 3. They went around my case. They approved the case before and after my case. I don't know what to do at this point but wait. They did the same thing with me last year when I applied for my citizenship.... Any of you guys know how can I get in touch with tier 2? Good luck everyone

I just got off of the phone with tier 2. Nothing new. Not approved. They're working on June 1st. "You're almost done". 

 

Just thought I'd update those of you who were waiting for my call.

so maybe using this time time to get prepared is a good idea.. I still have a nice 50+ days to noa2 at least. 

Got call from tier 2 and they said your case is pending and will take more 30 to 45 days ...it sucks

We are July 5th filer and as of now 203 days.... they are still few filers July 3rd and 5th that are not yet been touch ... don’t worry our time will come...

To be more exact there are still 146 July 3rd untouched cases and 149 July 5th untouched cases.

Is the 30 to 45 days accurate?  Or is that just some basic line they are telling people in July who call?

62 untouched cases for july 6. I'm July 24 and there are around 311 on that day.
