How did you find your approval? The website, or mail?

I called and asked for a Tier 2 customer service transfer. They had to call me back and called me back in an hour. They told me our case was approved and they mailed the letter yesterday. 

 

No update on the website or the app. Just waiting in snail mail now.

I am about to call and ask for tier 2. My heart is big and I am so excited for everyone, but I am over the silence. I want answers!

Call back wait time is 207 minutes. LOL

Oh goodness. They lied.

 

After I identified myself and my connection to my case, he asked what I needed help with. I explained to him that people that applied after me were getting approved and I wanted to speak to a supervisor, as I knew that he (the guy on the phone) wouldn't know more than the website. He was exceptionally polite and transferred me to the queue without issues.

He’s used that number & also the military helpline number. Yesterday he called and they said our application was in its “final stages”. He has called today to enquire what final stages might mean as the lady on the phone yesterday wasn’t clear. He mentioned that he was told about this stage - and then the person on the phone stated that final stages doesn’t exist. 

 

Very conflicting 😂 oh well. 😊 x

They are known around here as the misinformation line. No joke.

I can see this unfortunately :/ as a civil servant in immigration myself (in UK), it upsets me a little bit as I knowingly try to help people as much as I can - because I know it means everything to some. However, if they’re under pressure & actually cannot transfer the calls - I will just have to wait around and see what happens over the next few weeks.  I hope you get the answers you want - goodness knows we all deserve it

the mid day scan is never happening before midday california time. plus add an additional hour or two for the person to scan.

 

so in about 1-2 hours you can come back for an input

Seems to be running fairly quick, so far, and I do see a few early July approvals today.

Good luck! For this process to be so incredibly slow, I’ve always had the most polite people on the phone when I call. With the amount of furious anxious people that call, I’m impressed with their customer service.
