We got it on July 5!

Finally, approved! I thought this day would never come! We’re so excited!

We still have to wait for the physical notice to arrive in the mail, but the waiting will be a little easier now!

*sorry used the wrong account to write the first post lol*

Thats so exciting!!! Best of luck both of you!

Oh, I didn't know that. If that's the case then I'm gonna make one now.

That's unfortunate. But why did processing times go up by so much? My fiancée's uncle applied for his fiancée January of last year and she had her NVC number by May/June. And then there was some miscommunication with the lawyer and she didn't inform them about the status until August. Then she scheduled everything quickly and he came to pick her up in September.

Update: @Naes I just checked his NOA2 here. Its stating that they received his petition on January 23, 2017 (exactly one year ago today) and on April 26, 2017 his case had already been approved. Literally processed his case in 3 months. And he applied for his fiancée and her daughter. Why couldn't they continue to work like this!? lol

They must have made tons of movement on cases the last few days and are not updating the website!

Keep the faith everyone! It’s raining approvals at USCIS, we just haven’t seen it lol.

First off, CONGRATULATIONS/PARABENS!

How did you find your approval? The website, or mail?

Aww! I am so sorry for your knee injury, my dear. There are still other ways to exercise without using the legs much. You can ask a gym instructor for those types of exercises. And yes, eating less carbohydrates and more protein plus lots of fruits and veggies can help. Also, drink lots of water and stay away from sodas or any sugary drinks. I hope I'd shed some pounds I gained, too. Eishhh! Having PCOS syndrome is really a hindrance for losing weight. But if there's a will then there's a way

You are too right!  And we have excellent motivation for this, don't we?  :D

12 hours difference. Oh my gosh.

LOL stop.  Tiger and I are fifteen and a half hours apart!  But, as others have said, where there's a will, there's a way!  My Friday and Saturday nights are his Saturday and Sunday mornings and that's when we Skype together and play video games together and stuff.  It sucks but we've made it work!

I am not envious! Andy and I are 6 hours apart so we get enough time together on the weekends, plus we use google hangouts while at work. I will say, though, video games really have helped us as well. Time zones are so weird. I always have a hard time when daylight savings comes around because it's then a 5 hour difference so my easy +/- 6 hours gets messed up.

Can you imagine trying to pull something like this off in the age before the internet, and broadband?!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think I could do it.  Correspondence only via phone calls so expensive they'd push me into bankruptcy, or letters, would make a long-distance/international relationship just too emotionally difficult for me.

It sucks that I can only see my honey via Skype 99% of the time...but oh, imagine if Skype didn't exist...!

Yes, all motivations that we need are right in front of us. I just really need to have a strong self determination to move my butt. Lol! Hope the fairy of exercises come visit me in my dreams and grant me the power to push myself to go to the gym. Bahahaha! 😂😂😂

I called and asked for a Tier 2 customer service transfer. They had to call me back and called me back in an hour. They told me our case was approved and they mailed the letter yesterday.

No update on the website or the app. Just waiting in snail mail now.
