HI ,I have the same question too btw what did you put in the boxs that arent applicable :( and what did you put in the box for your current employment end date ? its not lettig me type "present".

For boxes not applicable I either put N/A or none depending on what box and the question being asked. I was able to type "present" for my current employment end date, so I'm not sure why it is not working for you.

For other names used I put N/A,

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

One more thing....a lot of people have started signing up for the "informed delivery" through the Postal service....it may be something you want to look into closer to your projected NOA2 date....

Forgot about it earlier :)

I am having problems finding information on the "informed delivery" and what it is. Where can I find more out about this?

Anyone know?

I believe it is under USPS site under "mail dashboard". It never worked for me  (but it is because my address is screwy not because of the system).

Thank you 🙏 Is it okay to put N/A only in the first box of that specific item or do I have to put in every single box of that item ?(ex: we don't have a physical address 2 so writing N/A in first box )

I think just the first time is fine - for example, on the translator/lawer section I put N/A on just the first few items because I think at that point it's obvious I don't have a translator/lawyer filling out the application for me. IDK though, the perfectionist in me was tempted to put N/A on ALL THE THINGS but then I was afraid it would look messy.
