Saw on a Facebook group for Brazilians going through the K1 process (that my fiance added me to!  ) that a July 3 NOA1 application just got approved today. Country (obviously) is Brazil.

The app. I did a scan and 24 cases within 500 of mine have been approved. 

 

Im on the edge of my seat and literally sweating.

Well my case was transfered and i know but we will get something end of jan or 1st week of feb..

OMG YOU GUYS!!! I just got an email from USCIS! It says:
 

"Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

 

On January 18, 2018, we approved your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number WAC[blah blah]. We will mail your approval notice."

 

I'm smiling so much right now, is this really true?? Aaaaahhh!!

Hey Juliers. I will be posting mid day scan in about 30 Minutes. Busy day at work and I remote in to my home computer to start scan. I just got home and need to go through it and organize it, and will then post.

I think everyone will be super happy and I would say July is officially started and in the move!!!!

July 10th filer here- just received my NOA2 we were approved!!!!! Keep up the faith you guys, these were the longest 6 months of my entire life. There’s hope for those who haven’t heard back yet.
