Now I searched for the case received date for that august looking case and it looks like it is also a July 12  case.

 

I wanted to give two insights into this,as they do not update approvals:

1) Case status changing to "Name was updated" this close to approval usually gets an approval the next day.

2) they don't suddenly go all the way into a month and send out notices..

 

Now this is only my experience from checking March to June cases in the past 4 months.

But I believe they are trying to finish their overall of the month as quickly as possible.

 

Please don't forget to register for informed delivery, cause they are not even updating rfe's correctly.

I just saw at least 8 cases changed directly to "RFE received" from "case received"

And that rfe above was updated because it had a different status (Document was returned to USCIS) - so informing was necessary. 

 

And everyone please don't forget to update your timelines and us here, because that looks like the only way to get information at the time.

 

June started getting non-updated cases by its 3rd week. So I do expect lots coming in during the next two weeks.

BTW in community what I've been following one couple got their NOA-2 January 12. And their NOA-1 was from July 26. 

So will wait)

I think very soon (next week) a lot of July fillers will find their NOA-2 in mailbox.

Maybe my fiancé will tell this news to me next week  too🤔😅

WAC391500 here and I decided to stop checking in on the forum at the end of last year because I was becoming too discouraged about the long wait and being away from my fiancé at the happiest time of the year. 

However, decided to check in yesterday and glad I did - all this awesome info about informed delivery!! Immediately signed the boy up for it and he woke up to a million msgs from me telling me to verify his account haha. 

Here's to good news soon for all of us!!

Yes! My fiancé and I took a break from VJ for a month!! I’m a lot more stressed and anxious since we got back on but our time is coming soon, so it’s nice to stay informed! I just got the USPS informed delivery app & I saw a few packages coming in the mail! I hope they’re mine 😂😝

Totally know the feeling. I'm July 5 and I'm seeing updates for July 12. We're at 196 days, this is the hardest wait I've ever had to endure. 

 

Come on USCIS...give us something! 

 

The hard part is also knowing that there is still a long journey after the NOA2.

196 days here, as well. I am trying to stay positive and fighting those nagging feelings of anxiety, but I want to scream and thrash about. I have been saying for a long time that our time is coming. It's coming. It's coming. My timeline got pushed back another day today.

 

I feel bad complaining. I think of John and Rose. I think of those May filers who are still waiting.

 

I just wish I knew what was going on in that building. We are all so desperate. I hate this.

Same here. Every day we tell John and I tell each other "its coming" "soon this will all be over". But 196 days later and I think we wouldn't be human if we didn't have a little frustration. 

 

That building has our futures in their hands and it is really hard for me to let someone have that kind of control. Anxiety galore over here! But John keeps me sane.

My little VJ timeline. It told me that I could realistically start to expect to get my NOA2 today. It got pushed back to tomorrow.

 

I'm glad I don't drink. I'd probably be in trouble at this point.
