Yeah, I Was looking at the paper NOA1 and I didn't see that... maybe they changed them from the July receipts :)

Well I'm pretty sure the rule itself didn't change, so my advice is to wait till you get an rfe.

(actually mine didn't have it either, some does... but just like noa2s they don't have a good template is the reason.)

How do you know if the evidence I submitted is enough... would it make sense to send more evidence now after that I have submitted?? I'm an October filer.

Just wait until you get an RFE or something. Sending them more things will not help speed up your case and it would just get thrown out because they are not working on October cases right now.

Conclusion:  Why wake a sleeping Tiger?

I see people being approved with a small amount of evidence.. because at the end... it's about WHAT you send and not how much..

wait and maybe it was good enough... cross that bridge when you get there..

Exactly. There is a reason why we don't see mid-updates. If everyone continuously sent additional information it would be chaos and our wait (everyone's wait) would get longer.

Hello everyone, has anyone done the scans for today? Thanks in advance❤️

I did a mid-day scan and no movement showed up on the scan.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

 I agree 100%.

In fact, a guy I know filed in 2016 and wrote two sentences for his "how we met" letter. Something along the lines of "We met online and fell in love. I went and saw her and we decided to get married" He also sent only two photos and nothing else except the required forms, passport photos, etc. They were approved and no RFE's.

And I totally understand the insecurity that this process give to all of us... but that is exactly what they want...

My fiancé and I met for the first time in person after one month in half of online chatting...

on the first metting, we weren't thinking about K1 visa, we didn't even know that such a thing exist... That being say... we didn't had many pictures of picutres with family...

So we send with the petition (each of us) a love letter and about 7 pictures and call/facetime history...

that is it!

Today if a get a RFE, ( what I don't really worry about) they better sit down with a glass of wine, 🍷because it's is gonna be alot of evidences after me being there for few times now... it's gonna take a while for them to process that.. LOL

How did you send your FaceTime history? I don't think there is a way (like call loggs) to to show all this. Yes, I agree with all of you. It's just being anxious :)

It is so funny for me...My fiancé now (back when we first meet I wasn't even thinking of a long distance relationship- saying nope it won't work sorry)

he has pictures from our first date... and we didn't know or thought about a visa let alone k1 (k1 still reminds me more of fights...)

he just loves taking pictures! so he ended up putting 30 picture story book (and whining about me telling him that's enough pictures honey!)

you can take screen shots from each months history (for us it shows with the call logs - it explains what app I used to call the person and/or it is a video chat or not)

I am taking screen shots from time to time to show different dates as evidence of ongoing relationships. (Not too many though, too much is not good either it just overwhelms the process)

Here you only see... Monday/Sunday... normally we wait 7 days for screenshots, because then we have dates on it... and we clik on the i (info) and schreenshot that as well for the amount of time we chat Or videochat
