Good afternoon, fellow filers.

I cannot express how much I cannot wait for this part of the #@&^@#$ process to be over. Mr. Quelly is not adjusting to being back in the UK after his long visit and it's wearing us both down.

I hope for NOA2 for everyone, especially those in June (looking at you, John) and for everyone else that tries to keep each other sane.

Unrelated, but my dog was named the 'dog daycare dog of the month' so I've got that to brag about for a few more weeks. B-)

Hey, how long was he over for? I'm the same got back yesterday and it's really tough. Yay about your dog :)

@Kat&Joel I played WoW for like 8 years. I uninstalled in October and think that I might have to go back to it. I play other video games but it's pretty social and I can go farm herbs for a few hours before I remember how annoyed I am at things. LOL.

It's so hard to be the USC in this situation. I feel like I am responsible for making them process the applications faster. I hate not being able to tell Andy that we are approved. He actually just got tickets (with miles, thank goodness he flies for work and we're lucky) to come visit in Feb.

If we don't have a NOA2 by then I don't know what I'll tell him.

You're not alone.

I think I'll reinstall, after all :)

Based on my constant spreadsheet analysis, you should definitely have your NOA2 by Feb.  If not that means they've slowed down even further.  Looks like you're early July so shouldn't have too long to wait.  I'm hoping your NOA2 arrives soon.

WoW is pretty much the only thing, other than working, that keeps my mind away from everything that's going on.  I only played for a couple years though so I still have several years before I can hold my own in PvP.  Drives me nuts how long it takes to get good at that game lol.  Maybe I'm just a scrub.

I-129F Sent: July 5th 2017

Hi Lucy! He was in the states for 22 days, the longest so far (other than when we met). I hope that you adjust to being home soon. It's so horrible. I feel for you.

I don't even touch PvP. I was in a raiding guild. They said they'd take me back, but that's so much time, you know?

great question

Hi everyone who's calling them, or not calling them.

The things we learnt through May and June;

1) tier1 lies... I mean seriously... as someone mentioned here after calling they admit that they don't know s**t...We have more information here than a tier 1.

2) June 6th people are calling and not getting anything, the reason for that is because even they are in the processing times. so please don't expect too much and don't believe in what they're saying too much either (even some tier 2s have no idea what they are talking about....seriously... oh the things we saw)

3) still calling sometimes is fruitful, they were people who learnt that they got approved on the phone - is it rare? yes. and do I think it's a little too early to call and deal with crazy USCIS? yes. Why? because you will be calling them for a long time, not just for this but for the NVC... so really save your nerves for that.

Love you all! stay sane ;)

Okay we call them and they said normally  month change on 15  of every month..  and they said we are processing  june so far and on monday its MLK holiday so  will  start work on july  month on 16th.. so this is what new so far

Yeahhhhh That's the page they update, but they are not updating it on 15th anymore... that used to be the rule before this mess. They last updated in December 26, with the as of data of October 1st, this said they are working on June 1 and before cases as of October 1st (and well, they really didn't touch June 1st till November 15) so I'm expecting as we know they also didn't touch July till January 10, next update will be somewhere in the next 2 weeks saying they were working on cases June 1 as of November 31 (now if they actually went far by the time they update they may put July 1 this would be awesome cause this would mean they are going to try and go a little faster)

You're a July filer. The day you received your noa1 doesn't mean a thing to them, the receipt date is.

How do you know if the evidence I submitted is enough... would it make sense to send more evidence now after that I have submitted?? I'm an October filer.

It is also stated on your noa1 that you should not submit anything after the initial submitting of your petition until they ask for something (RFE-request for additional evidence)

There is a huge possibility it will get lost, and/or won't reach your case.

Wait for them to send you RFE, telling what they want from you.

If you think you did a mistake, or something was missing after going through the forum, and get them ready just in case they ask for more evidence.

umm interesting. I just looked at my NOA1 and I don't see them saying not to submit anything after the fact...?

It says it on the paper NOA1. It does not say it in the email, if you got the email.
