Now the question is can I get I-551 upon EAD "Card in production?" at infopass

So my Combo card is in expedited process, confirmed by both Congressinoal liason unit and USCIS immigration service officer that I talked to. 

 

one day after I requested expedite service, I talked to USCIS call service center and transferred to ISO, telling me fax number, which is how I sent, as well as I visited my local congresswoman's office to deliver issue and submit the exact same documents. 
two day after, congresswoan's office emailed me that my request is processed for expedite request. 

Although it depends what day USCIS is gonna review my expedite request and approve it, (hopefully Monday on 07/03/17),

but since July 4th is the next day,  I have a feeling that USCIS may slack it off (then SAT-SUN-MON-TUES: yayyy 4 days weekend: God Bless USA!! and plus, if I were ISO, I would definitely try to use PTO on Friday(06/30/17) to make the party even going longer!! well to be fair, my family in home country is also government employees (both parents) and I know exactly how they take advantage of this kind of holiday (tuesday holiday to make monday as effective another paid holiday), albeit I only hope US government employee is a bit different), 

 

Anyway, if they review my expedite request after 07/05/17, I do not think it physically delivered to my home until my OPT EAD expires. 

 

Because according to myUSCIS says, response was sent on one day after I requested the service, but I did not still receive the mail, 
I don't think the new EAD will arrive on time after 07/05/17, and even if USCIS approves my EAD on 07/03/17, I can't rely on it as it is USPS!

In other words, even if the new EAD arrives on time, I don't wanna battle with last minute challenges. 

 

So, I have thought about other options, and one of the option is I can visit infopass to get I-551 stamp? of course bring recepits to show I am the person. 
I know there are some big IFs (first of all, USCIS has to approve my case, but I prepared 20 pages of why it can cause severe financial loss) 

 

to be simple question: assuming that USCIS approves my combo card, can I visit the infopass to get I-551 stamp, which is also acceptable list for employment verification?

You can't get an I-551 stamp. That's only for LPRs (green card holders). Your AOS is still pending so you are not an LPR yet. An I-551 is a Permament Resident Card (aka green card).

Agreed. You aren't an LPR so cannot obtain an I-551 stamp.

Thanks for clarification. I was confused with the concept of I-551.

Then, can infopass give some temporary administrative action to prove for the employment eligibility, such as printing the approval receipt or even the copy of EAD(or combo card)?

 

I read in some cases that applicants are leaving the country for emergency reason or just had no time but when they went to infopass, they stamped on the passport to parole?
